Shipping

We provide Royal Mail shipping only.

Free shipping ONLY where specified, UK only.

Delivery is on average between 3 and 5 working days for in-stock items and 9 and 15 working days for made-to-order items (physical products).

Digital products will be immediate upon receipt of payment(s) where applicable.

(Delivery is dependent upon the product ordered and its availability.)

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we will not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as but not limited to food, flowers, newspapers, magazines and underwear cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

- Gift cards

- Downloadable products/software

- Some health and personal care items (see product description)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please DO NOT send your purchase back to us or the manufacturer; it must be returned to the default address as set by us upon dispatch to our product supplier at our packaging/drop ship facility where applicable. Who upon receipt of a returned shipment will send an automated email notification directly to us at aeromorphia. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.

Wrong Address - If you provide a wrong address or an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us/our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (as applicable).

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (iwhere applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds (where applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at aeromorphia@gmail.com.

Sale items (where applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items will not be refunded.

Exchanges (where applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at aeromorphia@gmail.com and send your item to the default returns address as set by us at despatch. Note: some items are original, one-off items and cannot be replaced; in this case, a refund is usually arranged.

Gifts

We do not give refunds on items that have been gifted. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. At company discretion only, our decision is final.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail it to the default returns address.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 75 GBP, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be received within 14 days. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. We are not responsible for the postal service or their treatment of packages.

Claims deemed by us to be an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;

2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

Therefore, Aeromorphia reserves the right to refuse returns at its discretion.

This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
